Setting up your access in three steps
Request access
Email your name, lot number and scheme address. We'll confirm your entitlement on the strata roll and verify committee status where applicable.
Receive your invitation
You'll get a secure email invitation with a unique link to set your own password. Access is tied to your lot and can be reset at any time.
Sign in any time
Use your phone, tablet or computer to access scheme information 24/7. The portal is cloud-based, so there is nothing to install or maintain.
Most users are set up within one business day. If you are a committee member, you may receive additional permissions to see committee-level documents and financial detail once your role is verified.

Built for privacy, backed by a real person
The portal uses encrypted access and invitation-only accounts. Only information that owners and committee members are entitled to see under NSW strata law is published, and permissions are reviewed regularly.

Owner portal FAQs
Is there a cost for owner portal access?
No. Secure online access is included as part of Solrise's management service for every scheme. There are no separate subscription or per-user fees for owners or committee members.
Who can request access?
Owners and committee members recorded on the strata roll can request access. For lot owners with multiple lots, access can be arranged for each relevant scheme.
What if I forget my password?
The portal has a self-service password reset. If you ever get stuck, you can email or call Laura directly and it will be sorted quickly.
Does the portal replace talking to my manager?
Not at all. It supports the service by putting routine information at your fingertips. For advice, disputes or complex matters, you still deal directly with Laura.
Is my information secure?
Access is invitation-only, password-protected and encrypted in transit. We only publish information that owners and committee members are entitled to see under NSW strata law.
