Privacy Policy
Solrise Strata Pty Ltd respects the privacy of owners, committee members, tenants and contractors. This policy explains what information we collect while managing a strata scheme, how we use it and how you can access it.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to manage your strata scheme — names, lot details, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, levy and payment records, correspondence, maintenance requests and insurance or compliance documents.
How we use it
Your information is used to administer the owners corporation: issuing levy notices and financial statements, convening meetings, arranging repairs and insurance, maintaining the strata roll and meeting obligations under NSW strata legislation.
Who we share it with
We only disclose information where it is required to manage the scheme or where the law requires it — for example contractors attending a repair, insurers and brokers, auditors, banks holding scheme funds, or a person entitled to inspect records under the Act.
Storing and protecting information
Records are held in secure strata management systems with access limited to Laura and any authorised service provider. We keep records for as long as required by law, then dispose of them securely.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Owners also have statutory rights to inspect the records of their own scheme.
